i wasn't even aware that the videocam was right in front of me.

So there, and the horror. My thinking pose isn't the most masculine, so is my hair-flipping. THIS HAS TO CHANGE IMMEDIATELY.

More workouts. more time in front of the mirror, and lots of prayer.
