Merry Christmas!

Merry Christmas to all!

For the occasion, I did some cooking once more. Helps keep me busy, and that's a good thing.

First, I made a Chinese-inspired dish, stir-fried orange barbecued chicken wrapped in lettuce

presentation.

Then, I decided to go Western comfort food on the other. Presenting the Homestyle Meatloaf.

Santa wanted some too!

So that's that. The company was fantastic too. Thanks to David for the wine and Min Jen for the exotic taro cake (!?!?).
