update

hey! just a simple update on me. i just went for a wild week last week after all the stress and relief during the first week of march. it was crazy... i went to club med from sunday to tuesday, then batam from wednesday to friday. Now i'm all burnt, earning me the nickname "roast pork" hahaha

but it was seriously fun. I did stuff i never imagined i would do, like archery, kayaking, jetskiing, and all kinds of fun stuff. I swam for 5 STRAIGHT DAYS, which should have made me fitter, but there was also 3 days of BUFFET MEALS (3x a day), and a night of SEAFOOD (heaps of it.) So I guess it would all balance out... right???

Wrong. i put on weight.

enough said. Now it's time to shed some serious weight.
