new stuff!
nothing happening, just going to post some of my new experiments:
i'm totally in love with my oven now.
Of course, there's still work to be done on these dishes. Like the chicken stock lacks some spice (which I'm still experimenting to find), and the porkchops were a bit tough for my taste (placed them too long in the oven.)
Other than that, I'm just taking the last few days off before all the guests begin coming and I lose my time to experiment in the kitchen.
well, that's basically it. Really nothing's been going on, and cooking has taken over my life. I better go back to the gym soon. All this tasting has been taking its toll on me.
Hey, a new year has begun! means j1s are now j2s, and j2s are now unemployed (except for those in the army, or you have already found a job. congratulations!)
