outrage.

what's wrong with the world!?!?! Do I always have to fall prey to obnoxious suitemates!?!?

And then Dumbledore is gay. What's next? Oprah Winfrey's a guy? Yao Ming is actually two midgets fused together? Obama and Clinton are long-lost siblings?

I mean, c'mon. I don't read Harry Potter, but it's something that kids read for goodness' sake. And Dumbledore is like the grandfather whose lap kids like to sit on, the guy whom they run to for comfort. And all this time he was wearing skirts behind closed doors and dreaming of rolling around in fields of glitter, strawberry ice cream and pink ponies.

Now for my latest post:

You know you have an obnoxious suitemate if:

1. You have a full wall between the two of you, you're in separate rooms, and you're still frustrated by his incessant clarinet-playing (and he plays the same motif AGAIN and AGAIN.)
2. He smokes in the room and burns incense.
3. He loves to cook but doesn't use oil, which leaves the pan that you share with him all charred, and yet he refuses to scrape the pan, claiming that "it's not good for the pan"
4. He claims to be pro-green, saving up tons of paper containers of oats and stuff. So he keeps on saving them, and saving them, and saving them, without relocation.
5. Classical - Metal fusion (think Dream Theater) is his idea of "winding down", and never shies away from sharing the experience with those around the vicinity.

You know you're being WAY too nice when:

1. You block off the clarinet playing with an ipod, in your own room, when you're trying to study.
2. The smoke drives you mad, so you go to sleep, and bathe when you wake up.
3. You scrape the charred pan for him all the time.
4. You just stare at the mountainous pile of Quaker Oats cartons, sigh, and move on.
5. You never step out of the room to complain, and just punch the bed frame to keep yourself from being annoyed at techno and metal.

I will try my best not to do this anymore. I'm still thankful, at least he's not the Dumbledore kind. But still there are moments when I have to channel this outrage.

New Life Goal: I strive to really study very hard so that one day I can buy my own island.

I'M OUT!!!
