passing time

To pass time on a very early July 6th morning, I will advertise two things that are close to my heart. no, three: the Philippines, The Daily Show with Jon Stewart, and comedy. In particular, George W. Bush Comedy. (video taken from 2003)



I really think it's going to be a sad day when Bush steps down. Unemployment will skyrocket, mainly because a lot of comedians will simply run out of comedic material. Or, they could just sit around and brace themselves for about four years, when people begin to accept ex-President jokes again. Case in point, Bill Clinton.

Also, am I deaf? or did the kid say "I must study, so that other bamboo shoots of your kind will grow"!?!? Does that even make sense? and Macaroni Penguin?!? Look, I read to second graders every week, and even they will find Macaroni Penguin ridiculous. Look, I read "Stone Soup" to them and I had a full-blown mutiny on my hands.

Speaking of food, I made me some Jambalaya tonight. And I think I ate too much.

Alright, I'm done. Remember kids, don't eat plutonium.
