MSNY Campus Christmas Party!

ok, those were photos from the Chrismas party, which was a BLAST. got an "incredible growing brain" toy from the gift exchange. weird, but cool.

Just got back from the Knicks vs. Nuggets game. Knicks lost, but that wasn't the story. Check the papers tomorrow, check CNN, Sports Illustrated, whatever. I'm sure this game will be one of the headlines. why?

There was a brawl.

On a drive to the hoop by J.R. Smith, Mardy Collins grabbed him by the chest and threw him down, from which the fighting ensued. the reaction was shocking to say the least.

Thank God none of the fans got hurt, because the fighting went to the stands. Good crowd, nobody actually jumped in to fight with them (like what happened about 2 years ago with Detroit and Indiana). but it's really different here, because everybody was just cheering and raring to jump in. I was just shocked.

in other news, i had somebody go with me today. Derek, my classmate from essay writing class. We're both NBA fanatics. so it was fun, and I think there's a 30% chance that i'll lose my voice tomorrow. but yes, for some weird reason (by impulse), i started vocalizing when i felt my voice becoming rough. ahhhh choir days.
