caps

due to sudden public insistence, i will refrain from mentioning my roommate from this entry.

i am beginning to like caps very much, as my hair is grossly thinning (as i perceive it)

i still think i am balding, though it may be a facade due to my bushy hair at the back, which, when I look up, already reaches my shoulders. I like it.

my favorite is the black beret.

I just bought a new coat from H&M yesterday. can survive in the cold now without wearing bulky winter clothes, because they ARE meant for winter and i'll just look like a homeless person if i do that

*tempted to write about roommate*

AAAAHHH!!!!

School's pretty fine. I'm beginning to make friends, and I have talked personally (sucked up) to all my professors. ok, i'm not the smartest guy around, but i have one of the BIGGEST willpowers (NO, i do not have the biggest waistline. im so happy. i think a good percentage of the girls here have a more well-defined girth than yours truly.)

Which brings me to my next point, something that i was thinking about before I came to America, when all the googaag was over army and how the guys have become bald and dropped 70kg in one night. (THANKS, MEGASHAKE!)

Question to my batch: who's the fattest in our batch?

think.

Yong Kiat? he was. but apparently he dropped a huge amount of weight.

This guy named Daryll i think. SC1 right? well, so did he...

and with the exception of... *ahem ahem*... let's just say that i am prompted to rephrase the question:

who's the heaviest GUY in our batch?

well, we can make a case for Darius. The man-monster. but I am not convinced.

now you see why i yearn everyday to scrape off my chubby cheeks and uncover the true beauty of my cheekbones.

Nevertheless, after a couple of years, when these guys get out and start working, i'll be somewhere in the middle again. Who knows? Ernest might just overtake me. He'll be the breakout fatty of the year. It's possible: his hair's starting to grow back, he's belching at an all-time high, just as when he was insanely gorging on ACJC food.

Everyone will be curious, everyone will be vigilant. And that is all where we will start to look and begin to judge: by looking somewhere in the middle - the gut.

Just some props: i love Makan Bagus. I know it's got lots of haters out there. Go ahead and get sick of your chicken rice stall. I'm telling you, their chicken macaroni soup is the greatest culinary disaster of the 21st century. You know what it's ingredients are? chicken, macaroni, soup. Damn! where's the creativity!!! it's like someone making steamed fish and claiming that it's only steam and fish, but no, there is so much work, so much timing and precision that goes into preparing steamed fish. ginger? or none? soy sauce? light but not so diluted? or dark but insanely diluted? spring onions? etc.etc. And just look at the Malay stall's food: sting ray just spicy enough to send a tingle down my throat, but just aptly sweet to leave a smile on my face. And the beef rendang (although this is 35% of the time inconsistent) is tender and glazed with thick heavenly sauce. And the nasi ayam... oooohhhh... *shudders* a big serving of drumstick filled with guilty pleasure. I can still remember me and mike going up to the auntie (and we do this EVERY recess)

auntie! the BIG FAT CRISPY one! Yes that giant drumstick! all right!!!

sometimes followed by a high five and a loud wooooohoooo! by the two of us. and our faces when we take that first bite? priceless. especially when it's the one with the chili sauce... woooooohhhoooO!!!

yes, i am publicizing my ugliness during JC. i dont care, just to show my support for the underappreciated Malay stall. SUPPORT!!!

*tempted again... he is... AAAAAAA*

Ok, i can only do this about once a month.

you have no idea how hard it is to not mention it on any blog entry.

ran out of material.

I'M OUT!!!
